Refund Policy
Penta IT Solutions provides customised professional and digital services. Refund eligibility therefore depends on the agreed scope, work completed, resources reserved and the written terms accepted for the engagement.
Before work begins
A cancellation request received before work or resource reservation begins will be reviewed in good faith. Any approved refund may exclude non-recoverable onboarding, discovery, procurement, transaction or third-party costs already incurred.
After work begins
Advance, discovery and milestone payments are generally non-refundable once the related work has begun or delivery capacity has been reserved. If a project is cancelled, the client remains responsible for work completed, approved expenses and commitments made up to the effective cancellation date.
Milestones and concerns
Clients should review deliverables within the review period stated in their agreement and promptly report a material issue. We will first work to correct verified issues within the agreed scope. A change of preference, delayed client feedback, unavailable client-provided material or a request outside the agreed scope does not by itself create a refund right.
Third-party charges
Domain registrations, hosting, software licences, advertising spend, platform fees and other third-party purchases are non-refundable once ordered unless the provider grants a refund. Any provider refund actually received will be handled according to the project agreement.
Duplicate or incorrect payments
Verified duplicate payments or amounts collected in error will be returned to the original payment method where practical, normally within 7–10 business days after verification. Bank or payment-provider processing time may apply.
How to request a review
Send the project name, invoice or payment reference, payment date, reason and supporting details to info@penta-itsolutions.com. Requests are assessed against this policy and the accepted proposal or agreement. Where they differ, the signed agreement controls. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
