Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern use of the Penta IT Solutions website. Paid projects, subscriptions, support plans and other services are governed by the proposal, statement of work or agreement accepted for that engagement.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful informational and business-enquiry purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation, submit malicious code, misuse forms, impersonate another person, scrape protected areas or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or another party’s rights.
Enquiries and project agreements
Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability or bind either party to a project. Services begin only after the parties accept the applicable scope, deliverables, schedule, responsibilities, fees and payment terms in writing. If these website terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed agreement controls for that project.
Information and estimates
Website material is provided for general information. Examples, capabilities, timeframes and discussions are not a binding quote or guarantee unless included in an accepted written agreement. You are responsible for ensuring information supplied to us is accurate and that you have authority to share it.
Intellectual property
The website’s branding, design, text, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to Penta IT Solutions and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Ownership and licensing of client deliverables, pre-existing materials, third-party components and portfolio rights are determined by the applicable project agreement.
Third-party services
The website or a project may refer to third-party platforms, hosting, payment providers, APIs or other services. Their availability and terms are controlled by their respective providers. Penta IT Solutions is not responsible for third-party sites or changes outside its reasonable control.
Availability and warranties
We aim to keep the website useful and secure but may update, suspend or withdraw any part of it. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Contracted service warranties, if any, are stated in the relevant agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Penta IT Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability connected with paid services is governed by the applicable project agreement.
Governing law and contact
These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory legal rights or an agreed dispute process, courts with jurisdiction in Punjab will have jurisdiction.
